With over 25 years leadership development background, John’s brings a wealth of experience and practical insights to support clients to optimize their leadership and achieve their organizational objectives for today and tomorrow.
We have majored in helping private and public-sector organizations across the spectrum of commercial leadership and talent management requirements with particular emphasis at Board, Executive levels and with high performing teams.
We are recognized for our expert facilitation of leadership workshops, executive coaching and team development achieving high levels of engagement, organizational alignment and performance uplift in real terms.
We have enjoyed delivering in a number of sectors supporting senior executives in Legal, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Public Sector, Telecoms and FMCG organizations. We place particular emphasis on achieving tangible business performance outcomes relating to individuals or teams, enabling alignment and engagement to commercial goals and strategic intent.
